Beta Terms

Kaivion is in an early beta. By creating an account during the beta, you agree to these Beta Terms, which apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Checking the box at sign-up records your acceptance.

• Beta software. Kaivion is in active development. Features may change, and things may occasionally break or be unavailable.
• Provided “as is.” Kaivion is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is not financial advice — point values and recommendations are estimates.
• Limited liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAIVION, Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta.
• Confidentiality. Please keep unreleased features and screenshots private while we are in beta.
• Feedback. Any feedback or suggestions you share, we may use to improve Kaivion, without obligation to you.
• Your data. We handle your data per our Privacy Policy. In short: we read your balances and delete email bodies within an hour, and never store card numbers, account numbers, or logins.
