What Kaivion is
Kaivion is a tool that helps you track loyalty points, miles, and credit card rewards across multiple programs. You enter your balances manually, we estimate their dollar value and warn you about expirations.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.
- One person, one account. Do not share login credentials.
What you may not do
- Use the service to break the law.
- Try to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Impersonate another person or company.
- Resell access to the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Accuracy of information
Point values shown in Kaivion are estimates based on average redemption rates. Actual redemption value will vary. Expiration dates rely on what you enter and what each loyalty program publishes; rules change frequently. Always verify directly with the loyalty program before making decisions.
Currency conversions in the dashboard use European Central Bank reference rates fetched daily through a public ECB data feed. AED is shown at its long-standing peg of 3.6725 to one US dollar. Reference rates are not the rates you would receive when actually converting money: banks, card networks, and exchanges add their own spreads. Treat all currency-converted amounts as estimates rather than financial advice or guaranteed values. If our daily fetch fails, the app temporarily falls back to a small set of approximate rates baked into the code; the dashboard surfaces this state to you when it happens.
Not affiliated with loyalty programs
Kaivion is independent. We are not affiliated with American Express, Chase, Delta, United, Marriott, Hilton, or any other credit card issuer, airline, or hotel. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No financial advice
Kaivion provides information about loyalty points. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice. Decisions about credit cards, travel purchases, or point redemptions are yours alone.
Service is provided as-is
We do our best to keep the service running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. We are not liable for any loss of points, missed expirations, or other damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will email registered users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kaivion is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
